Dr. Jason Izraelski

Dr. Jason Izraelski is a board-certified Sports Specialist Chiropractor and founder of Helix Performance, with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping athletes, artists, and high-performing professionals move pain-free, train smarter, and unlock their full potential. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at CMCC, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada), and holds a Master of Science, researching concussion risk factors in the NHL and long-term athletic development. Jason is certified in advanced soft-tissue and movement-assessment methods, integrating hands-on work, neurofunctional rehab, and patient education into every session.

As a trusted consultant to hockey and basketball agencies, as well as recording artists and performers in the music industry, Jason’s clients benefit from accelerated recovery, reduced injury risk, and optimized health—so they can consistently perform at their best. He also partners with hockey academies to deliver classroom-led curricula on long-term athlete development; teaching young athletes the pillars of mind, body, and skill needed to thrive in sport. At Helix Performance, he combines evidence-based chiropractic care with individualized strength & conditioning and recovery protocols, crafting programs that respect each client’s unique biomechanics, goals, and lifestyle.

 

Dr. Kaleb Dahlgren

Dr. Kaleb Dahlgren is a nationally recognized Sports Specialist Chiropractic Resident who blends advanced clinical training with real-world athletic experience to help athletes perform at their best. A former U-Sports hockey player living with Type 1 Diabetes and having overcome a severe traumatic brain injury, Kaleb brings a rare mix of personal insight and professional expertise to every session.

He has supported athletes from NHL camps and Paralympic teams to university varsity, AAA, Special Olympics, and grassroots levels—fostering recovery, resilience, and sustained success. His integrated approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care with functional movement strategies, rehabilitation, and concussion management.

Kaleb holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is completing an MSc in Sport & Exercise Science & Medicine at the University of Glasgow. Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 30 Changemakers Under 30 and author of the #1 national bestselling memoir Crossroads, he is also a sought-after keynote speaker on resilience, leadership, and health.
